This is my story.......

Low self-esteem, over-weight, sound familiar? That's exactly how I felt. I had changed beyond recognition so much so that my own mother failed to recognise me after not having seen me for over 2 years. Following the birth of my first child I put on a staggering 7 stones!

Having a child is meant to be one of the most happiest moments of your life yet here I was feeling so low in myself with zero confidence not being able to enjoy my baby or take him out to the park or play groups because of how low I felt about myself. And being advised by my doctor that if I did not lose a significant amount of weight I was at serious risk of cardiovascular disease. I felt depressed and unattractive-all at the age of 22!!

Then I discovered The 1:1 Diet, little did I know that taking this step would change my life forever and change me, yet again, beyond recognition. Not only did I lose all my baby weight, I gained more confidence and was back to the bubbly outgoing me and all this in the mere space of six months!!

I have been a Consultant for over 21 years and it has been my absolute passion and pleasure in helping hundreds of people get to their dream weight and in turn change their lives.
