A little about me...
I became a Consultant for this plan 37 years ago - shortly after it was launched having lost over 3 stone myself initially. I've seen all the fads and trends over the years, and the only plan that consistently gets the results in a healthy way, leaving you energised and feeling at your best, is The 1:1 Diet!

I'm a Mum, a Nanna, and even a Great Nanna! - with my son and his family living across the world in sunny Australia (I love to visit!). I enjoy playing bowls at County level, I teach arts and crafts - I particularly enjoy 3D Decoupage and Powertex -.and I'm an avid gardener.
