Marion is so knowledgeable about the diet plan, is approachable and friendly. Cambridge Weight Plan is the only diet where I have successfully lost weight after years of trying so many other different diets. To say it changed my life is not over stating!. Marion and having personal one to one meetings is definitely a huge part of that success and I recommend wholeheartedly both.

After a few false starts, I decided during lockdown to loose weight. I met Marion from the 1:1 Diet.I am very grateful for Marions support & having her constant guidance especially on the harder days. I suffer from anxiety disorder & depression, I take medication to help with this & have managed to reduce it. whilst I have been on the diet I feel the cambridge products & having a mentor in Marion have helped make the last 6 months successfull.
