The key to my success in losing three* stones is my Consultant. Tanya is a very warm and welcoming lady. She will advise, guide and support you all the way on your weight loss journey. She is at the other end of the phone whenever you need her. In our weekly meeting Tanya gives her full attention. Her home is a welcoming environment and if you are lucky she will make you a wonderful herbal tea. I lost the weight last summer and have kept it off.
