ABOUT ME

I've always struggled to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, I was diagnosed with early arthritis in my hip joint and my lifelong goal transformed into a necessity. My clinician informed me that the best way to ease my condition was by losing weight.

The fear of a hip replacement motivated me to search for the safest, fastest method of weight loss. My husband is a doctor and he suggested that I try Cambridge Weight Plan. After researching CWP, I was eager to try.

I'm so glad that I made the decision to choose CWP as it has truly changed my life. Since losing 3.5 stone* I've finally achieved my weight loss goals, I'm no longer living with chronic hip pain. I've also gained control over my body and even more importantly my life.

Now I'm passionate about helping YOU achieve your personal goals.

I offer sincere friendly motivation, encouragement, and dedicated support. Following an initial meeting we will work out a plan that suits you, then I will liaise with you regularly through texts and emails to keep you focused. I am available to advise you on matters of concern that arise and will also continue to support you in maintaining your weight loss.
