My name is Jemma and I lost 3 stone in 2022 on The 1:1 Diet. I’ve maintained my weight ever since and love helping others do the same. I’m based in Hedge End, Southampton SO30, where I see clients face to face locally and in surrounding areas. Back in 2020 I gained 2 stone during lockdown through comfort eating and drinking. Soon after, I became pregnant with my second child and was planning my wedding for December 2022. After my daughter was born, I couldn’t fit into my dream dress and was 3 stone heavier than before.
That was my turning point. I started The 1:1 Diet, worked my way through the Steps from Step 2 to maintenance, and it completely changed my life.
