Hey, I’m San, a mum of three, chocolate lover and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to hide from the camera and dread your reflection. A few years ago, I hit my breaking point and decided enough was enough. Fast forward to now: I’ve lost 5 stone, found myself again and built a business helping others do the same.

But here’s the truth, this journey isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about confidence, freedom and finally feeling in control around food (and emotions). That’s why I became a 1:1 Diet Consultant, because I wanted to help real people with real lives make changes that actually stick.

Why Join My Team?

I’m not your typical “boss babe” mentor who shouts about hustle culture. I’m all about flexibility, family and fun: building a business that fits around your life, not the other way around. Whether you’re looking for a side hustle to ease the cost of living or a full-time career helping others, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

As your sponsor, I offer:

Personal Mentorship: 1:1 guidance on everything from client support to marketing and social media.

Training & Growth: Access to ongoing training, mindset sessions and resources to help you build confidence and success.

Flexible Income: Work from home, choose your hours and create a business that suits your lifestyle.

Why This Business Works

The 1:1 Diet is proven, simple and adaptable, but the real magic is you. People join because they connect with real humans who get it. You don’t need to be a nutritionist, a size 8 or a sales expert. You just need heart, empathy and a desire to help others while changing your own life in the process.

I built my business while juggling kids, school runs and the occasional toddler meltdown, so trust me, if I can do it, you can too.

Let’s Slay Together

If you’re ready to make a difference, earn extra income and be part of something genuinely empowering, I’d love to chat. No pressure, no hard sell just an honest conversation about how this could work for you.
