I have alway found dieting a real struggle. I was feeling horrible about myself. Not being able to run around with my grandchild without being out of breath. I have had many a sleepless night as I gained weight. It made me so u happy

Then I stated on the one2one Cambridge weight loss plan. I have been following step 1a for 10 weeks and have lost 1st 10.25lbs. I have passed my target weight of 10st and still enjoying every minute of my journey.  I have not looked back. 
So I have decided to become a consultant so that I can help others on their exciting journey. To support and encourage. The best part for me, is make someone happy when they step on the scales.
