I am here to support you to lose your weight and help you create lifelong healthy habits that can fit into your everyday routine which will help you keep your weight loss off long term, so you can get on and live your best life.

A little about me, I am kept busy not just with work, but with my lovely family and pets and I love to socialise with friends. I can't physically juggle ( that's Johns speciality! lol ) but juggling work, family life, health and happiness is my top priority. I class my self as a friendly, honest, down to earth person and I  genuinely care about the support I offer and I approach challenges in a positive way with a can do attitude.
I know how it feels to be controlled by weight and I would love to help you achieve your weight loss goals and get you back feeling in control.
