I've got several years experience as a client and off the back of this have become a consulrant this year with an ever growing client base! I became a consultant because I did this plan 10yrs ago but didn't do the maintenance and ended up back at square one!
I became a consultant in January this year with the main aim to restart the diet and be motivated by the clients I support - it's working - I've lost 8st to date.
