I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life, where it got to the point I was morbidly obese, with a BMI of 46.9, weighing over 21 stone. With both my health and happiness seriously suffering I knew something had to change.

I have done lots of other diets throughout my life and after over 30 years of being in this continuous cycle, I knew I needed something different.

After discovering The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan,  I found the support of a dedicated consultant was a real revelation when it came to the plan. Having someone who was there to celebrate my successes but also support and help me when I was struggling was exactly what I needed and now I can offer the same to you!

I started the diet on the 2nd May 2022 and was so determined to do things differently and make this my last ever weight loss journey. Since then I have lost over 9 stone towards my 10 stone weightloss target. I have built a new relationship with food and I never will go back to how I was. I won Woman of the Year 2023.
