Fun and Rewarding Role

My name is Jemma and I lost 3 stone in 2022 on the 1:1 Diet and have been maintaining ever since. I am based in Hedge End, Southampton SO30 and am part of a multi award team. I love what I do!

My story? Back in 2020 I put on 2 stone during lock down over indulging in food and drink. I then found myself pregnant with my second child! I was also due to get married in December 2022. Yikes! After my daughter was born, I was no where near fitting into my dream dress I had previously chosen - I was infact 3 stone heavier. 

I knew something had to change so I started the plan working through the Steps starting with Step 2...then 3, 4 and now 5/6 maintenance. I know the plan really well and can support you with your clients as I am very hands on. 

I work part time ensuring I have plent of time for my family which is super important to me. My diary is worked around them, which is bliss.
