I have been helping people for the last 15 years as a qualified nurse and after I had my first baby I put on a lot of weight and realised I needed some help! I lost 9 stone through The 1:1 Diet and have been maintaining that loss for the past 3 years!

Contacting my 1:1 Diet consultant literally changed my life. Now I'm in the honoured position of helping others lose weight and changing their lives too. A job which I have loved and cherished doing for the past 4 years. I have a dedicated office at our home in Colehill, Wimborne, where I can't wait to welcome you in and also offer remote/virtual consultations. I know it can be difficult balancing work and home life commitments and with FREE deliveries getting products to you will be no problem!
