I'm Kelly and I started my own diet journey in 2020. I gained a lot of weight throughout lockdown and completely lost myself.

My life was ruled by binge eating as a coping mechanism. I was going through a difficult time and felt that there was no hope.

I had seen a friend sharing her own weightloss battle on social media and I felt compelled to reach out to her.

Well, that was the best decision I could have made!!  With her amazing support as a consultant I managed to lose 4 stone.

I felt happy and confident for the first time in a long time! 

The new me, healthy, confident, happy and motivated took the plunge and became a consultant. This journey has filled me with enthusiam and a passion to help others achieve their goals. I've supported a number of slimmers in reaching their own health and wellness goals.

I'm continuing to maintain my weightloss through the plan.

Without the 1:1 Diet I don't believe I'd be where I am now.
