A bit about me:

I’ve trodden the corporate boards over the last 30 years in senior management roles and travelled extensively both for work and pleasure.  During this time the stresses of project deadlines, a corporate travel lifestyle and trying to juggle home life impacted my mental and physical wellbeing, resulting in ballooning weight.  Until I found the 1:1 diet, I had yo-yo'd my way through my life, regaining weight and adding a few extra pounds with each wacky diet. 

The 1:1 diet changed my life, not only through my personal weight loss, but also freeing me from the corporate rat race - I have gained a whole new passion for life!
