Every week I work with people who struggle with their weight, health, confidence, and self esteem. Being able to support them step by step as they rebuild their health and belief in themselves is incredibly rewarding. ??

I am not a GP, nurse, or dietician. I am a friendly, down to earth 1:1 Diet Consultant who genuinely cares about helping people and supporting others to do the same.

Nothing beats the feeling of being someone’s weight loss superhero. That part never gets old. ???
