The simplest things like tying your shoelaces, the simplest things like going to a social event, and despite feeling tired, not daring to sit down in the garden chair at the bbq from fear of humiliation on trying to get out again.

Remembering the multiple “incidents” of sitting down in any chair with arms where you bulge through the gaps  and having the arms cut into your hips and thighs for 30 minutes. 
Forever wondering how other people don't struggle with their weight.
