I found the diet in 2019 when I needed to lose weight, and loved it! My consultant suggested I train up as a consultant myself as I was bubbly, friendly, good listener, easy to talk to and she thought I'd be great at it. My full time job was going through redundancies every year so I thought, why not, I'll have a little something on the side as a back up. I'm so pleased I took the opportunity.

Since then, I have loved building up my business, so enjoyable, and after falling pregnant and having my baby, I was able to return to my main job after maternity leave part time, instead of full time. I have gained from this job the most valuable thing, time with my son. And all because I thought 'why not try?', you never know. I've always thought 'I'd rather regret doing something, than regret not doing something'. 

I love doing what I do, someone who had been trying for a baby for a very long time lost 5 stone with me, then fell pregnant, it's an amazing feeling knowing I helped. One man text me the day he was finally riding on a rollercoaster with his daughter for the first time after previously being too overweight to go on. I'm so lucky to earn from doing something so worthwhile. I've also met so many lovely people and formed some lifelong friendships too.
