Hi I'm Alison, thank you so much for considering me as your sponsor. I absolutely love how this business works and everything it's given my family.  My 1:1 business is my only job, I work it full time along with looking after my family.  I love how this business gives me the time to look after my children, it fits nicely around us and everything we do.  My team is spread over Stockport and Lancashire and is super supportive. As your sponsor I am here to help guide you to build your business to whatever level you desire, whether that's a bit of extra pocket money for luxuries or a complete lifestyle change both things are possible.  It doesn't matter if you live next door to me or 100miles away I can still give you the same support. 

Our team is fun, we try not to take life too seriously, we hold regular team meetings, social nights and coffee shop drop ins!

The best part of this business has to be the flexibility, you can build your business as big or as small as you like. I build mine around an established nail business, as well as running a home.  I no longer run my nail business because covid and lockdowns made it too problematic. Throughout lockdown and home schooling I've been able to keep my 1:1 diet business going, in fact it actually grew during 2020.  The business is amazing, helping people lose weight feels better than loosing the weight yourself but let's be honest we also do this to make money.  You can make really good money from seeing clients yourself and building a good client based business.  There's also another arm to the business where you too can grow a team and create something amazing but if you don't want to, it's not necessary.
