I’m Caro (Caroline), a full-time, award-winning 1:1 Diet Consultant with over 7 years’ experience. I work fully virtually, supporting clients across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Thanks to The 1:1 Diet App, everything is simple and organised: from tracking your progress to pre-ordering your products. Your meals are delivered straight from the factory to your door, helping you stay consistent and confident day to day.

I offer weekly or fortnightly virtual consultations, whatever feels right for you, and I’ll support you all the way through, including maintenance.
