How much does it cost to get started?

Your Essentials Training course is just £50 (€57.50) and once you've passed your Accreditation, you’ll pay a set up cost of just £150 (€172.50). That will give you a range of tasty products plus more, in your Starter Kit, to get your business going.

What is direct selling?

The 1:1 Diet offers a brilliant direct selling business opportunity. Once you’ve become an accredited diet Consultant, you can earn income from selling a range of tasty meals and snacks to dieters and from growing your team by sponsoring new Consultants. Plus, you’ll have the support of  us your Sponsors and The 1:1 Diet head office which provides loads of training opportunities and friendly people to help if you have any questions.
