I started my business in 2017 after moving from Worcestershire to Warwickshire.  I’d given up my day job as a very stressed out Office Manager in a school and rather than going back into employment I decided to go self-employed and become a 1:1 Diet Consultant.

Not only did I want the freedom to be around for my daughter but I wanted to be able to help and support others with their weight loss journey.

Unfortunately, after just 6 months I found myself homeless as my relationship with my new partner didn’t work out.  I was left with the decision; do I get a job? Or do I throw myself into building my business? I decided to give The 1:1 Diet business my all and I’ve never looked back.

Within 3 years I’ve gone from being homeless to buying my own home in December 2020.

Being a 1:1 Diet Consultant can be as flexible as you want it to be, as big or a small a bsuiness as you want it to be but it will definitely be REWARDING and FUN.

There are so many ways to build your business. You can start your business part time for a little side income or alongside another role to bring in some extra money for holidays etc.; you can build your business up to be your full-time role, or you can start your business on a full-time basis from day 1, so whatever YOU want YOUR business to be, I will be on hand to support YOU achieve it.
