In 2016 I lost 2½ stone on the 1:1 Diet and wanted everyone to feel as amazing as I did, so I decided to become a 1:1 consultant. It might be that you feel the same, or perhaps you’re looking for a business opportunity to fit around your current work commitments or family, or you may see this as a great way to become your own boss, whatever your reason for wanting to become a consultant, I can provide you with the support to create a business that suits YOU and YOUR lifestyle.

A bit about my business journey

I started my business part time, alongside a demanding corporate role, however, I very quickly realised how incredibly rewarding this role was and knew that I wanted to do this full time. So, after 18 months of juggling my corporate job, family and part time business I handed my notice in and at Christmas 2018, I left the corporate world behind.

Since starting my business, I have supported both clients and non-clients to start their own businesses and have team members based locally and others further afield. Some team members have started their business part time alongside another role to bring in some extra money for holidays etc.; some are building their businesses up, just as I did, to be their full-time role; others have started their business on a full-time basis from day 1, so whatever YOU want YOUR business to be, I will be on hand to support YOU achieve it.
