I've been a 1:1 Diet Consultant for over 10 years building an award-winning business from someting I originally fitter around a busy NHS career and three teenagers.

I first became a consultatnt after losing 5 stone myself and wanting to help other people acieve the same kind of change. Ten years later, I'm a multi-award winning Gold Champion Consultant and Training Ambassador. I am proud to help other consultants build succesful businesses of their own.

That experience taught me something important: there is no single "right" way to build a 1:1 Diet business.

You may want a small, flexible business that gives you some extra income, or you may have amitions to build something much bigger. Either is absolutely fine. My role as your Sponsor is to help you build the business that works for you.

I believe new Consultants need more than enthusiasm. You need practical help with where to find your first clients, how to follow up enquiries, how to run appointmets confidently and, more importantly, how to build good business habits from the beginning.

I will support youi through those early days and beyond with honest advice, practical ideas, accountability and encouragement. You won't be expected to have everything figured out on day one.

This can be an incredibly rewarding business. You have the opportunity to help people make genuine changes to their lives while creating something flexible around your own commitments.

This role has given me far more than I expected when I first started, confidence, friendships, opportunities, recognition and a business I'm geniuinely proud of.

What matters to me though is helping people build something sustainable rather than simply signing them up and leaving them to get on with it.

If you are already considering becoming a 1:1 Diet Consultant, get in touch for a relaxed, no pressure conversation. I'll happily explain what's involved, answer questions honestly and help you decide whether it could be the right opportunity for you.
