My Story

I understand this journey because I’ve lived it.

For years, I was a classic yo-yo dieter — losing weight only to regain it. By the time I had my first child, I weighed 18½ stone. Although I should have felt nothing but joy, my self-esteem was at an all-time low. I was going through the motions of life with a smile on the outside while struggling inside.

Then everything changed.
