How I became a consultant...

I truly believe that I wouldn't have had the same weight loss success, without having someone to hold me accountable. 

My consultant became my confidant quite quickly, I told her all sorts of things about my week and she helped by talking through my problems / feelings or just sat and listened to me unloading the baggage that was my week. 

Some weeks she needed to motivate me, other weeks we had a laugh and soon we we're getting on really well. I looked forward to my appointments because my consultant made it all about me. And I new after just a few weeks that I wanted to join her team. You don't have to have followed the plan to be a 1:1 Diet consultant!

Being self-employed is a bonus, having the flexibility around my family and being able to take holidays when I want to, has been a massive stress off my shoulders. My children have been able to attend the school / college they want, as was there for school runs. Something I couldn't do when I worked shifts as a Nurse.

I love mentoring & coaching other consultants and will provide you with my own comprehensive training package which covers all aspects of the business and role of the consultant. This training can be carried out face to face or virtually.

You will need to attend a half day Essential Training Day provided by Head Office – via zoom

Ongoing one to one mentoring and support 

Access to online learning, regional and national training.

The 1:1 Diet annual convention - the event of the year!
