I've just celebrated my 10 year anniversary with the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and have recently completed a Level 3 qualification in Nutrition.

• I am a full-time consultant, offering day-time and evening appointments
• My diary is ready and waiting to receive new clients wishing to start their weight loss journey or to welcome back any past clients wishing to re-start
• I offer 'face to face' consultations either in my home office, your home or another convenient meeting place
