After struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember and struggling to stick to diet after diet, I decided enough was enough.  I found the 1:1 diet and I've never looked back!

I spent years with my head in the sand before I finally gave myself a talking to and I was fed up being the 'fat friend.' I've tried all different diets but the 1:1 diet was the one that worked for me as it fit into my hectic lifestyle and the weight fell off me.

It changed my life giving me the confidence to do things I could never have dreamed of, such as wearing a bikini for the first time. I won't say it has been easy and life throws ups and downs along the way but with the support of my Consultant I made it and I'm looking forward to giving you the help and support you need to reach your goal.

I am flexible with appointments at varying points in the day (or night!) and every day of the week. I am able to come to you and see you wherever you are.
