I have been a consultant now since 2008, and it really is a privilege seeing all the amazing transformations. Losing 5 stone myself following the plan in 5 months in 2006 and felt amazing!  I know exactly how it feels like being overweight!

I know How it feels when you don't want to go out, not wanting  to socialise, hiding away at home, making any excuse at the last minute as had nothing to wear that looks nice, or just hated how I felt and looked.  Hid when the camera came out or took the photos as I didn't want to be in them! 

Nobody can really totally understand what it is like to be overweight unless you have  been there, I have, and really do understand what it feels likes,  and the Up's and Downs you feel.
