For almost 19 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most important changes of their lives. I didn’t come into this work by accident; I came into it because I understand, personally and professionally, just how hard weight loss and wellbeing can feel.

I lost 4 stone myself, and more importantly, I’ve kept it off. I know what it’s like to start full of hope, to hit wobbles along the way, and to wonder if this time will really be different. That lived experience shapes everything I do. I don’t judge, I don’t pressure, and I don’t give up on people because I know what consistency, kindness, and the right support can achieve.

Alongside my personal journey, I bring 19 years of hands-on experience and Nutrition Levels 1–3 qualifications. I’ve supported hundreds of clients, each with their own story, challenges, and goals. Some wanted weight loss, some needed confidence, structure, or better energy, and many simply wanted someone who truly understood them and would walk alongside them.

What makes my approach different is the support. I’m here with you, not just at the start, but all the way through. I offer encouragement on hard days, celebrate wins, big and small, and provide honest guidance when motivation dips. You are never “just a number” to me. Your journey matters.

I’m passionate about helping both women and men at every stage of life, understanding that hormones, stress, busy lives, and confidence all play a part. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and that’s why my support is always personal.
