I have tried every diet going - from cabbage soup to joining the various weight-loss clubs. Although I lost weight initially, I would always become disheartened and give up when the weight loss slowed. I had a trip to New York coming up, and tried Cambridge Weight Plan in March 2006. I lost 7 stones in 7 months and I lost my excess weight very quickly. I found the diet really easy to stick to and because the weight came off so rapidly, I was very motivated to carry on.
