Hi, I'm Emma and I am based in Thatcham.  I have over 19 years experieince in helping people get to goal and stay there.

I provide one-to-one help, support and encouragement on your weight-loss journey inlcuding daily motivational text messages, a private facebook group and a proven maintenance programme when you get to your goal weight.

I have followed the diet successfully three times, the first for my wedding and then after the birth of each of my children, so regardless of whether this is the first time you have dieted or if you have tried to diet numerous times, I know exactly what you are going through.
