Growing up with the nickname of 'Podge' had an impact on me - it just made me eat more!

Eventually, after having my children, I decided enough was enough!  I tried the usual options - without success, then at a party the slim hostess told me about Cambridge Weight Plan!

How grateful I am to her. I quickly lost the weight and became 2 sizes smaller! The brilliant thing is I have learnt how and what to do to keep it that way, and can still fit in to my 'target' size 12 dresses - even after all these years!

But, what I didn't realise was I would become so involved with all things Cambridge Weight Plan! It has even included responsibility at Company level to implement and deliver training for CWP Consultants - as well as Health Care Professionals, plus running a specialist Cambridge Weight Plan management clinic in an out-patients hospital department.

It has been great.  I have learnt so much through helping others achieve their aims, and it is this knowledge which I love to pass on and share with those who are just about to get cracking!

I am now delighted to be working together with my daughter Lucy, who has also successfully lost and maintained her weight, together we provide a service across the generation gap!
