After years of battling my weight, a spinal surgery, and being diagnosed with Long Covid and Fibromyalgia, my health and confidence took a huge hit. My weight spiralled, leaving me in more pain, with less energy, and feeling like I had lost myself.

Everything changed in September 2024, when I met someone at a craft fayre who had transformed her life with the 1:1 Diet. Inspired by her results, I decided to give it a try. A year later, I am 4 stone lighter, 28 1/4 inches smaller, with more energy, less pain – and most importantly, I’ve learned to love myself again.
