My own journey with weight challengers began in my teens and followed me though my adult life, even duing my 20 years of working as a Nurse. While working in A/E, driving home I had a serious car accident which left me with a head injury So was forced to give up my nursing career which I loved.

Life changed over night and with reduced mobility and growing health issues, managing my weight became even harder. Despite trying various diets and slimming clubs, nothing truly worked.
