I started on the 1:1 Diet in October 2024 after my 61st birthday. I was the largest I'd ever been and was bursting out of size 22 clothes. Its harder to lose it when youve been through the menopause, but its not impossible. I lost 9lbs on my first week! I have lost 3 and a half stones and have another stone to go to get to my goal. Lets do it together!

You'll have my full support, on a one to one basis so it'll be personal to you. I'm Level 3 Nutrition trained, so I can explain how the plan works, and adapt support when real life happens.

I am a carer for my husband who has many health problems plus limited mobility. I also have a full time job, so I understand how difficult it can be to commit to a weekly weigh in session, waiting in a queue with other dieters in a school hall, with tiny chairs to sit on! With a virtual appointment, you'll have sent me a photo of your weight every week, and we can chat from wherever is convenient to you, you might even have got back into bed!!

I understand what you're going through and I've done lots of different diets in the past (and stood in the queue and sat on the tiny chairs!)  but this one really works for me and I can help you get the results you want.
