A bit about me
I'm Rach! I am super friendly, a Mummy and I have always loved helping others. I was a Paediatric Nurse before leaving to care for my medically complex daughter and, alongside being a 1:1 consultant, I now support children with Special Educational Needs.
I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. My relationship with food was terrible, constantly yo-yo-ing with my weight and always fed up with never feeling comfortable in my own skin.
Until June 2024, a number of events meant I had hit a truly terrible point in my life where it was a case of sink or swim. I knew that one area of life I could take control of was my weight... I contacted my diet consultant and chose to swim. 8 months later I am 5 stone down and my relationship with food has never been better - and I am still going!
Yes, it is hard.
Yes, it takes dedication.
