Hello, Im Sam and I am a very enthusiastic consultant for the 1:1 diet.  Thanks for getting in touch with me and choosing me to support you on your weight loss journey.  I promise that you won’t look back.

I have tried so many diets over the years and lost track of how many times I enrolled in a new slimming group....and failed miserably....but came back to the 1:1 diet (having previously been successful with this diet when I was younger).  The 1:1 diet really works with fast results! Following my mum having a very bad accident in 2023 which left her with life changing disabilities, I found that I was comfort eating and getting more and more miserable as the weight starting to creep back on.  I was also struggling with the symptoms of menopause which also caused weight gain.  I reached out to a local 1:1 consultant and never looked back.   I have lost 2 stone and kept it off.  I am now able to wear clothes without feeling self-conscious. The 1:1 diet has given me more confidence, massively improved my mental health and self-esteem and I now feel that I have a glow about me which I want to pass on to you.  I am now able to walk my dog and partake in spinning classes without being out of breath.
