Hi im Lisa a mum of 3 daughters & a nan to 3 beautiful boys, and the face behind Flabuless 1:1. I know what its like to feel trapped in your own body, to wake up every day wishing things were different but not knowing where to start. Iv walked that painful, lonely road of being overweight & not just a bit, but severely. At my heaviest, I was carrying around 10 and a half stone more than I am today. It was physically exhausting, mentally draining, and emotionally overwhelming.I did not feel seen. I felt judged. And honestly, I felt lost. But one day, I decided enough was enough. I was done feeling ashamed in changing rooms, avoiding photos, and pretending I was okay. That's when I found The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and it changed my life & not just on the scales, but in my heart, my mind, and my confidence.This hasn't been a quick fix it's been a journey, and im still on it.
