So I've 'dieted' for aslong as I can remember, been on most of the diets out there. Struggled with chronic illness, not able to exercise, fertility issues and PCOS. So I've really struggled with my weight. I've always got 'stuck' couldn't loose any more after a few lbs, lost heart, put it on again. So I never thought I would be where I am now, seeing the weight drop every week was incredible and spured me on to keep going and before long I was in my next stone, then my next one. I've never seen the number that is on the scales now! That's when I knew this is the ONE! and then it inspired me to really want to help others do and feel the same! which takes me to you! as this is ALL ABOUT YOU! Busy life, family, work, health, time, all can get in the way of looking after yourself.
