Hi, I’m Caoimhe, a mam of two girls based in Co. Louth. I offer one-to-one support locally and virtually to clients all over Ireland who want to feel their best through The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.

My story with this plan began after the birth of my first baby. Like so many new mums, I struggled with how I felt in my own skin. Clothes didn’t fit, social events filled me with dread, and I often found myself in tears before going out. Then I discovered The 1:1 Diet. Not only did I lose two stone, but I gained something far more valuable—energy, confidence, and peace of mind. For the first time in a long time, I was excited to put outfits together and felt truly like myself again.

Fast forward to July, when I welcomed my second little girl. I’m now back on plan and on my journey once more—hoping to achieve the same (if not greater!) success. This time, I want to bring others along with me.
