Its time to get body confident for our summer holidays!!

I'M BACK, i was a consultant 12 years ago and helped lots of people lose weight in Chester, Worcester and Hereford. Due to work commitments i could no longer support dieters how i wanted and how they deserved, so i had no other option other than to retire from being a consultant....i was gutted!!

Cambridge was amazing for me it allowed me to lose 31/2 stone in such a short period of time and i found maintenance easyish. I managed to keep most of my weight off for 7 years. Due to having a hysterectomy and being pluged into surgical menopause ive put back on over 3 stone in 12 months...OMG!!!!  

For me Cambridge weight plan is the only way i can lose weight,  so here i am back on a weight loss journey. It would be great if you could join me and we can smash this together.
