Hi I'm Lorna Brice-Nye. I first used the diet 20 years ago alongside my husband Richard. Together we lost a total of 14 stone. I became so healthy whilst maintaining that we had our longed for child. 

I am now in the position to be a consultant again and I'm also on Plan (as is Richard ;)).

We are finding this so much easier second time around as the choice and variety within the steps is amazing. 

I'm maintaining a healthy 7 stone loss as is Rich and feel in a great position to help others, especially with maintenance and for nutritional support with GLP-1s. I am trained to level 2 nutrition with CWP.
