What can I say, hit my goal yeahhh 11st 4lb. Random weight I know but it's what I try to get to once a year! But Iv not managed it for at least 3yrs now, but with the fantastic help, support and advise of Nicky who I trust and have faith in as she has gone through the process before me.  I have got there with ease. Thank you so much you are literally a life saver. Blood pressure has dropped to along with my 1st 5lb stone in 5weeks always an added bonus. Thanks Nicky for your continued support.

I have ben struggling with my weight for years, So when I came across Nicky I was delighted. At the moment I have lost just over 2 stone, im so happy and i still have more to loose. I could not of done this without the supportof Nicky She has been amazing. Motivating me every step of the way, even on a bad day she is always there to help. Loosing weight with nicky was so easy. She as informative and always there to answer any question I had. Explained everything really well and gave great suggestions on the products. We had a weekly facetime call as i live over 200 miles away, this was a great way to keep on track and i would send her a picture od my wieghts every week. She always made me feel at ease and never judged if i had had a bad week.
