I am currently completing the plan on Step 1B; this is my second time on the diet. I first followed the Cambridge weight loss plan in the run up to my wedding in 2022, losing 2 stone to fit into the perfect dress, then life happened; the once in a lifetime honeymoon, the busy social lives and baby number 2 so I fell into a vicious cycle with food, craving on snacks & take aways! Enough was enough, and I made the decision to come back to Cambridge weight plan with new goals & a newfound motivation which I can’t wait to share with you all! I love the flexibility; convenience & variety this diet brings and how it just fits into a busy life, it can work for you to!
