Hi I'm Aksa.

A bit about me is that I work in a full time job in the NHS for 7 years and first started at the trust as an Apprentice. I enjoy spending time with my sisters and my mum. I enjoy going out to places, enjoy watching movies especially horror & crime. I love helping people and i know how it feels when you cannot fit into your nice summer clothes or going out shopping for a family function and cannot find your size, which is annoying and frustrating as i can relate to this.

I am currently on my own weight loss journey with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and I am now a fully accrediated Consultant.

During my teenage years I have struggled with my weight and I found The 1:1 Diet in July 2023 as I knew the plan works and i was committed to the plan. I am enjoying my journey and the support from my consultant has been a real changer for me. I would now like to help and support others through their journey and bring positive vibes back into their lives.
