Hi, I’m Liz — a proud mum of 5 and a bride-to-be!
I know first-hand how hard weight loss can feel, especially when life is busy, hormones are changing, and cravings hit. Over the years I’ve lost 8 stone on plan, and more recently 3 stone before my wedding. I understand the ups and downs of weight loss, pregnancy gains, and mum life...and I’ll be right by your side every step of the way.
Nutrition & Weight-Loss Support
I am a Level 3 nutrition-trained 1:1 Diet Consultant, supporting clients who want to lose weight through structured, evidence-based programmes. I offer personalised guidance using the 1:1 Diet meal replacement plans, which are specifically designed to support weight loss safely and effectively, alongside ongoing coaching, accountability, and nutritional education tailored to each individual.
Portion IQ™ – Nutritional Support for GLP-1 Users
In addition, I also support clients who are using GLP-1 medications through Portion IQ™, a nutritional support range designed to be used alongside normal everyday eating. These products are not meal replacements and not intended for weight loss. They are designed to help support nutritional intake when appetite is reduced, which can make it more difficult to meet protein, vitamin, mineral, fibre, and hydration needs.
Portion IQ™ products are not interchangeable with weight-loss meal replacement products. As a Level 3 nutrition-trained consultant, I provide guidance to ensure they are used appropriately and safely, with ongoing support available. Products can be purchased directly from me.
