ROSS' STORY: Life can give you a wake up call and after having a stroke in 2023 I decided it was time to lose the weight and most importantly KEEP IT OFF! a day out with my kids i lost vison in my left eye for 30 minutes, after tests it was confirmed i had taken 2 Mini Strokes, i knew straight away IT WAS MY HEALTH! Something had to change! I found 1:1 and have never looked back! Losing weight isn’t easy but the benefits through body and mind are incredible! I stood on the scales in January 2024 and vowed to never see those numbers again! With over 4 stone off so far I can only see a positive, Happier, Healthier future!
