"After a disastrous consultation about knee replacement almost 3 months ago, where I was told of all the reasons why my weight and high bmi would put me at risk during the surgery , I found my consultant and committed to the 1:1 diet. I felt motivated, energised and in control. My consultant has always been by my side, so I've never felt alone in my journey. After 3 months and almost 3 stone loss, my hospital appointment yesterday was so different! The Consultant said I had "kept your side of the bargain spectacularly", I was offered a fast tracked surgery.

I've done every diet in the book, but this one was different - and i put it down to Fiona understanding menopause and the difficulties that brings when trying to lose weight. She was realistic and honest and was always there with motivation and kind words. I wouldnt have been able to do this without her!

Fiona has become my therapist and friend - over the years she's supported me in a way that feels personal an individual to me and my problems with food and diet. She's always there for me, being positive ... and sometimes strict (when I need it) 

she can support you locally or by video/text etc. Nothong is a bother to her.
