I'm based in Inverness and can offer face to face consultations in my home...however I can support you just as effectively anywhere in the UK virtually, by phone, video call, messaging and can arrange your products to be delivered directly to your home address!

So, why me? I've probably tried every diet going, but 7 years ago i found the 1:1 diet, and it transformed my life, losing 6 stones in 6 months. It works! 

I used every excuse, baby weight (my eldest is 32!), menopause, and i gallantly supported all food related small businesses doing deliveries during lockdown!

My portions were too big and my willpower too weak!

I loved the way losing weght and having someone supporting me all the way felt, so after i had lost the blubber i became a consultant. I now love being part of other peoples weight loss journeys and have made so many friends along the way.
