Is every Monday a re-start? let me help you change this, are you fed up, clothes too tight, dreading the summer holidays by the swimming pool?  I have tried so many diets over the years but always went back to my bad habilts until I found the 1-1 diet.  It was convenient,  cost effective, safe and the easiest diet I have ever been on.  I prefered the one to one appointments rather than group settings with everyone sitting in a circle.  The fast weight loss spurred me on to continue and my consultant was available to help me all the way.
